Now is the time to make that change in your life that you have been longing for. Free yourself of the heavy toll that chronic fear (we call it stress) and limiting negative self talk have brought upon your life. We offer retreats to groups of 4-6 individuals. Our retreats start on a Thursday afternoon and end on Sunday at noon unless otherwise negotiated.
