This is not a typical wellness retreat.
It is a grounded, integrative experience combining neuroscience, meditation, breathwork, nature, and reflective practice to support meaningful and lasting change.
Fear is not just something we feel in moments of danger.

Cielo Sanctuary Retreats
Drawing from state-of-the-art medical science, neurobiology and quantum physics as well as ancient, traditional wisdom-teachings (Ayurveda, Andean Shamanism, Yoga etc), our retreats focus on balancing the needs of the body, mind and soul to lead us back into wholeness.
With an emphasis on a balanced nutritious diet, centering breathing techniques, meditation and gentle yoga, we promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being as key steps towards the journey of attaining Holistic Health.
